Interbranch councils (ICTRS)
The main purpose of the interbrunch Councils and working groups of the RSPP Committee is to coordinate the elaboration and implementation of the unified industry position on technical regulation, standardization and conformity assessment, as well as the formation of promising standardization programs and involvement of specialists in the development of national and international standards, technical regulations and industrial technical policy.
Interbranch councils and working groups have brought together leading experts, organizations and enterprises of the industry, coordinate their activities on technical regulations, standards.
They have become a bridge providing efficient public-private partnerships in the field of technical policy.

Interbrunch Council on technical regulation in construction industry created under RSPP Committee on technical regulation, standardization and conformity assessment by the initiative of the its members. The Council is not a legal entity, it is a voluntary association of legal entities and individuals on the basis of common professional interests to coordinate the activities of organizations and enterprises in the sphere of technical regulation in the construction industry and related activities. In the activities the Council is guided by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, the international and intergovernmental agreements and treaties, national standards, rules and regulations in the field of standardization and evaluation conformity. The Council is open to the participation of Russian and foreign legal entities and physical persons which have skills in the sphere of activities of the Council, recognize and perform the requirements established by the Regulation, other organizational and methodical documents of the Council. |

Interbrunch Council on technical regulation and standardization in oil and gas complex created in 2006 by the initiative of leading oil and gas companies, federal bodies of executive power, international management standardization organizations. The main tasks are:
Since 2006 International Conference «NEFTEGAZSTANDART» holds annualy and plays as highest body of the Council, its decisions shall be sent to the heads of Executive and legislative power and to oil and gas companies organizations. The holding of the first Conference «Neftegazstandart-2006» in Khanty-Mansiysk was done by the initiative of Rosneft and was supported by 18 World Oil Congress in 2005 in Johannesburg (South Africa). The proposals of the conferences «NEFTEGAZSTANDART» today is in many determine State policy in the sphere of technical regulation and standardization. |
