January 22 was meeting of representatives of the Russian and German industry on interaction within the Council for Technical Regulation and Standardization for the Digital Economy of RSPP Committee and the Eastern German Business Association which took place in RSPP.
The German side was attended by M. Reigl, director of technical regulation and standardization, SIEMENS AG and J. Boehlmann, head of the contact Bureau for Small Middle and Eastern German Business Association.
On the part of Russia were presented Andrey Lotsmanov, First deputy chairman of RSPP Committee on Technical Regulation, Standardization and Conformity Assessment, Sergey Golovin, chairman of the Inter-Sectoral Council for standardization in the field of information technologies at the RSPP Committee on Technical Regulation, Standardization and Conformity Assessment, Boris Pozneev, Director, Institute of Information Systems and Technologies ("Stankin"), Sergey Pugachev, Vice-President, Association of Organizations on Development of Technologies of Information Modelling in construction and housing and communal services.
Reigl presented information on the main areas of interaction:

The main goal of the joint work of Russian and German experts within the framework of the Council for Technical Regulation and Standardization for the Digital Economy will be the exchange of information about the German initiative "Industrie 4.0" and the Russian program "Digital Economy" In terms of standardization. In most directions the Russian and German sides have a common understanding of how to solve the existing problems in the field of digitization.
The German side also provided information on the coordinators of the Technical regulation and standardization working groups of the Council for the Digital Economy of the RSPP Committee and the Eastern German Business Association on most vertical and horizontal aspects of digital transformation.
In the Council will be unified leading experts from German companies such as FESTO, ABB, SAP, Bausch, ACE 3, as well as representatives of the German standardization bodies – DIN and DKE.
Additionally during the event were discussed the issues of joint meetings between Russian and German experts in Russia and Germany in 2019.
Important events in 2019 will be the visit of the German delegation for the Russian Business Week and industrial Forum "Innoprom-2019".
March 11, 2019, there will be the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Standardization, Certification, Ensuring Efficiency, Quality and Safety of Information Technologies" at the Russian Technological University (MIREA). The event will be dedicated to IT-standards for industry and interoperability with the platform “Industry 4.0”.
The conference is expected to involve a representative of German delegation, which will include leading experts from major German companies, specialists of the German Standardization bodies – DIN and DKE.
During the Conference "System of technical regulation in the EAEU: Digital Challenges and Global opportunities", organized by the RSPP Committee March 12 at the Russian Business Week, will be held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, will continue the discussion of the problems of cooperation in the field of standardization for the digital economy.
